Ciao everyone!

By the end of 2025, the agency is expected to have a fully fuctional online booking engine that will allow you as clients to book air, hotels, cars, and search cruises all in one easy to use platform. We will feature our preferred partner hotel and industry brands and you'll be able to see the status benefits you'd secure at no additional costs to book through Mr. Travel Agent, LLC. While this is a work in progress, the internal system is already working, we just don't have it client facing yet.

This does not mean you cannot book online, while most of our online portals are just avaiable for search, and then you contact us to book for you. Finding your hotel, cruise, tour arrangements online with us, and then contacting us to secure those arrangements is a free service we offer. We will not charge any additional costs to book those arrangements, and you'll benefit from the preferred partner benefits included in your stay or reservation!

For now we offer individual portals to search for your arrangements, however our Virtuoso portal is a live booking engine for luxury hotels. You can also search luxury cruise & tour options, but you cannot book them on Virtuoso yourself. Below we have detailed the easy step by step process to search and book hotels using our Virtuoso portal.

A question we get alot?

"Why can't I just go to the hotels website a book these myself?"

Answer: You will not get the preferred partner status benefits offered.

Also please always remember you are helping a small local business succeed. When you book a hotel direct, the commission a hotel gives a travel agency to support them by making agency reservations, is simply put right back into the hotels coffers as additional profit they get to keep. Hotels VIP our clients, and prioritize upgrades and status amenities, they will not offer you when booking direct. They want agency business because the hotel will secure repeat agency business, and they reward clients supporting the agency, and note the same goes for all cruise lines in the world, and all major escorted tour companies.

Our Virtuso Hotel Booking Portal Walkthrough: (Very Easy...but you must register by signing up to Virtuoso (if not already) under our agency link so we get notified of the reservation, and credit for it.

Step 1. Pull up the Book & Search feature, in our site index. It appears on Computers on top header, and on mobile devices in the pull down index. Select: Hotels & Resorts

Step 2. You be directed to the agency Virtuoso portal of Mr. Travel Agent, LLC. You'll see our agency logo on top of page, and my info on bottom of page. This assures you are on OUR Virtuoso portal. From here you can begin searching hotels, you could either type in the box 'Where do you want to go' with the name of a country, city, town, destination. OR you can click on the 'Find rates and availabilty', which makes it easier to narrow down search by dates.

Step 3.) If you are not registered with us under Virtuoso, you need to first click on the 'sign in' icon on the header. Always make sure you are doing this under our agency, and not the general website. It is the only way to be assigned to Mr. Travel Agent, LLC as a client, and assures your reservation is with us. If you are a member of Virtuoso through our agency then you can proceed to login. If you are a member through a previous agency, you'll need to login and change your agency of choice to Mr. Travel Agent, LLC. If you don't you are NOT booking through us.

Step 4.) Register if needed:

Step 5.) Once registered or logged in, or already remained logged in, you can begin a search:

In this example we are looking for a hotel in Rome, for June 9th to the 12th for 2 adults. Your results will populate below, there will be 1, 2 maybe even 3 pages of hotel results in your city of request or nearby. Here for this example lets just go with the very first hotel. We are interested in the St. Regis, Rome. The price you intially see is the lowest room type and the average nightly rate. Let's say you wanted to see different room types.

Step 6. ) Rooms Types and Amenities: You can click on Room types and a scroll down a list of room types and nightly rates will appear, if you want to see what preferred partner Virtuoso amenities are included in your stay you can click on 'Virtuoso Amenities'

Step 7.) To proceed to book, click on the red 'Book' button for the rate/room you want, Virtuoso will loading the booking page. You'll put in all your names, email, phone, address, and CC details for the reservation. You can review the total costs for your stay, and the reservation terms and conditions which usually are a guarantee or a deposit required, depending on the hotel requirements to confirm a reservation. Follow the prompts and click confirm at bottom, Virtuoso will load a confirmation page, and your reservation is confirmed. you'll receive a confirmation #.

Now if you attempt to book without signing into your account, Virtuoso will direct you to the sign in/register page before you can complete your reservation.

THATS IT! Your confirmed for a stay at the St. Regis, Rome, wahhh!! You'll gets the status benefits, and we will be auto notified of your reservation booked under Mr. Travel Agent, LLC.

Side Note:

Virtuoso allows you to search escorted tours & cruises via the same portal, but there is no bookabilty fuction for these, once you find the cruise or tour you want, you will just need to contact us, and we will waive our personalized booking services for online requests of hotels/tours/cruises, and take care for your travel reservations for you.
